How we test

Every category has a test plan. For kadais, that means cooking with each one for a minimum of two weeks. For mattresses, three months. We rank on real-world performance — not features printed on the box.

Independence

We buy the products we test, where possible. Brands occasionally send samples; receiving a sample never guarantees coverage or a positive review.
